How to Prepare Coffee

1. Start by pouring water into the Moka boiler and fill it up to the level of the safety valve. Do not exceed this level to avoid getting a watery coffee.
2. Choose your preferred ground coffee blend. Attention! The grind must be specifically for Moka, not too fine. Generously fill the funnel without pressing the coffee.
3. Place the coffee maker on the heat source; if using a flame, ensure it does not extend beyond the edges, use medium to low heat. When the coffee has risen to desired amount into the upper chamber, turn off the heat.

Note: Use medium-low heat for best results and to protect paint.
